CONDITION :


Folder is slightly yellow around the edges and has a 2cm tear at the front top center & a small liquid stain on the bottom right corner, Pop Up card has a rectangular patch on the outside where the "pop up" has embossed the card attracting some dark print to that area, it also has some yellowing around the inside edges & also a few dark print smudges, Everything else is Excellent !
