(BRITISH QUAD POSTER) YEAR : 1979 re-release Poster Director : Robert Stevenson Cast Info: Angela Lansbury, David Tomlinson, Roddy McDowall, Sam Jaffe, John Ericson, Bruce Forsyth, Tessie O'Shea CONDITION : The whole poster has browned slightly with age, approximately three tiny tears and a few thin dark brown patches of damp along the top edge, tiny tear at the center of the bottom edge, 20 x 4 cm very faint vertical liquid stain on the back of the poster (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit… Within the lower half of the Lions body/legs), a couple of small faint Brown liquid spots near the left edge (bottom half), approximately 7 extremely faint small light Brown liquid spots near the bottom edge (just right of the bottom of the left vertical fold line), the surface around the bottom half of the left edge is a little crisp and wavy indicating it may have become slightly damp at some point (no apparent staining though), the surface is lightly wrinkled around the edges, additional vertical fold line just left of the title and another going up through the large image of the armoured soldier to the right of the title, mild fold wear (creasing around the intersections and a couple of extremely tiny separations near the bottom of the center vertical fold line), 4 to 5 pinholes near every corner, four pinholes near the bottom of the right vertical fold line, six pinholes around the bottom center, tiny pinhole near the bottom edge (below Lions foot), pinhole near the top center, the back of the center and left vertical fold lines have browned as has the back of the left quarter of both the bottom and center horizontal folds (this is noticeable on front on the left of the bottom horizontal fold line and a little around the top of the left vertical fold… the rest is only noticeable if the poster is held to light/backlit), a little blu-tac grease/residue on the back of the corner areas (this is very faintly visible on the front… More so if the poster is held to light/backlit, the main artwork is very good.
