CONDITION :

Small tear on the right edge, 1 cm tear on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the left edge, several small Brown spots of damp within the outer white border, numerous pinholes near every corner and around the center of the top and bottom edges (there are at least 40-50 tiny pinholes within each area and some around the top center have torn together), four pinholes near the center of the poster, four pinholes below the taglines, four pinholes within the dark lines in the sky, four pinholes within the center of the buildings, two pinholes near the center of both side edges, whole poster has yellowed slightly, surface is lightly creased / wrinkled along the top, small grease stain just below the buildings at the center (above “production”), otherwise good.

For example since 2021 any goods sent to the EU from the UK (and manufactured in the UK) are liable for a 20% VAT charge imposed by the EU.
You will have to pay this upon delivery (and possibly a handling charge from the delivery agent), Currently I am unable to collect this in advance due to the costs and paperwork involved for a sole trader.

To my valued customers in the U.S.A.

Unfortunately due to the removing the de minimis exemption rule from the 29th August 2025, which allowed U.S.A. customers to import goods valued below $800 tax free, I will be suspending sales to the U.S.A. from Friday 15th August 2025, until it has been made clearer on the best way to collect payment and file taxes as a sole trader for this development.

I apologise for the inconvenience and have valued your custom over the past 15 years, I will update when a solution has hopefully been found.
